Taking Control of Cancer podcast now on Bedrock Radio

Residents across north east London can now hear the Taking Control of Cancer podcast series on Bedrock Radio, helping even more people access trusted information about cancer prevention, diagnosis, treatment and support.

Produced by North East London Cancer Alliance, the podcast series features expert advice, patient stories and practical guidance to help people better understand cancer and the services available to them.

The partnership with Bedrock Radio means the podcast will now reach audiences across Bedrock’s DAB digital radio service, local hospital radio network and community listening platforms, significantly expanding its reach across the region.

All new episodes of Taking Control of Cancer will be aired on Bedrock Radio on Thursday afternoons. Listeners can see a full schedule via the Bedrock Radio app and website.  

Bedrock Radio broadcasts to more than 2.3 million people across North East London and South West Essex via DAB+ Digital Radio, online, through its app, and in local hospitals including Queen’s, King George, Goodmayes and Whipps Cross Hospitals.
