Inspire Activity Ltd, in partnership with the North East London Cancer Alliance, will be delivering three Community Games events in local boroughs in north east London. They have extensive experience of delivering successful community games particularly for people living with and beyond cancer.

Together, our purpose is to break down barriers that often prevent people from engaging in sport or physical activity. Many feel nervous, unfit, or unsure where to start.

Community Games offer a safe and welcoming space to:

  • Try something new without pressure

  • Meet local activity providers in an informal setting

  • Feel part of a community and reduce isolation

  • Access free health advice (e.g. blood pressure checks, smoking cessation)

  • Take first steps towards better physical and mental health
