NELCA at the Nigerian Festival: Celebrating Culture, Community, and Collaboration

We were proud to represent North East London Cancer Alliance at this year's vibrant Nigerian Festival, a celebration of culture, community, and connection. The event was filled with uplifting music, delicious food, and a showcase of incredible local businesses.

We shared a lively and engaging stall with our partners from UK Vaccination and Be Positive, where we connected with festival goers to share important health information and community resources. It was a fantastic opportunity to speak directly with attendees, answer questions, and promote wellbeing in a fun and welcoming environment.

A highlight of the day was meeting the Mayor, who took time to visit our stall. We had the pleasure of discussing the impactful work we’re doing across north east London and extended a warm invitation to our upcoming Community Games, a celebration of health, sport, and unity.
