Where in Tower Hamlets is the lung check?

If you live in Newham or Tower Hamlets and are invited for a face-to-face appointment following your telephone call, the location of this will be: 

Asda Superstore Car Park, Isle of Dogs
151 East Ferry Road
London E14 3BT

The appointment will take place in the dedicated InHealth lung check truck which is located in the car park.

Please note that a face-to-face appointment may not be appropriate for you. This will be discussed with you on your telephone appointment.

  • The nearest bus stop is at the Asda Superstore itself
  • To get there you can take the 277 bus, the D6 bus, the D8 bus or the 135 bus
  • The 277 goes from Mile End underground station (stop A), Westferry DLR station (stop WX) and Canary Wharf underground and DLR stations (stops F and L)
  • The D6 goes from Bow (Arbery Road - stop Z) and Mile End underground station (stop H)
  • The D8 goes via Bromley-By-Bow station (stop BA), Poplar/All Saints Church (stop G) and Canary Wharf Station (stop G)
  • The 135 goes from Whitechapel (Henriques Street, stop P), Limehouse Station (stop LB), Westferry Station (stop WX) and Isle of Dogs Police Station (stop CS)

By DLR

  • Crossharbour DLR station is a two minute walk from the Asda Superstore
  • The service runs through Shadwell, Limehouse, Westferry, Canary Wharf, Heron Quays and South Quay before arriving at Crossharbour

By Tube

  • The nearest station is Canary Wharf, which is on the Jubilee Line, and from here there are connecting bus services to the Asda Superstore (please see above)
