Quality of Life Survey

We are continuing to promote the NHS national Quality of Life Survey, which patients receive around 18-months after their diagnosis. We are doing all we can to encourage people to complete the survey.

If patients show you their survey or ask you about it, please encourage them to complete it.  The Cancer Quality of Life Survey is an opportunity for people diagnosed with cancer to tell the NHS what they think about the healthcare, support and services they receive. This information will be used to help the NHS identify what is working well and what might need to improve.

Please help us by raising awareness of the survey amongst your patients. More information is here: https://www.nelcanceralliance.nhs.uk/QoL

There are some new flyers and posters which you can download and print to go in your surgery or trust. They are available here: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1n1NygHybf7OfrSGjtgmsHjOKlR5DK2hU?usp=share_link
