  • Peer Support Groups: Offering a safe space to discuss topics like fear of recurrence, relationship changes, and confidence-building.

  • Evidence-Based Workshops: Exploring ways to shape their cancer story, find purpose, or enhance wellbeing through creativity.

  • Expert Sessions: Covering post-cancer challenges such as anxiety, sleep, menopause, exercise, and nutrition.

  • Wellbeing Walking Group: Encouraging connection and activity in a relaxed outdoor setting in Walthamstow Wetlands.

  • One-to-One Coaching: Providing tailored, personalised support.

  • Ongoing Community Support: Connecting individuals with others who truly understand their journey.
