Are you an experienced and ambitious cancer nurse leader looking to influence cancer services beyond your own organisation? North East London Cancer Alliance (NELCA) is seeking an exceptional senior nurse to join the Chief Medical Officer's Office as Lead Cancer Nurse. This is a unique opportunity to provide strategic nursing leadership across a complex and diverse cancer system serving more than two million people.

Working alongside the Chief Medical Officer, Managing Director, clinical leaders, nurses, AHPs, patients and partners, you will be at the forefront of driving improvements in cancer quality, safety, patient experience, workforce development and personalised cancer care. You will be supported by a highly skilled and passionate Cancer Alliance team whose shared purpose is to improve outcomes, experiences and quality of life for people affected by cancer and their families.

As the senior professional voice for cancer nursing across North East London, you will help shape strategy, influence decision-making at Board level, champion health inequalities reduction, strengthen cancer nursing leadership and support the future development of the cancer workforce.
